By booking our airport transfer service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All rates are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
- Prices include tax, petrol, and parking fees.
- Toll fees are not included (approximately IDR 15,000, optional depending on route).
- Payment is made upon arrival (payment on arrival).
- Please provide your flight number and full name for the pickup signboard.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a refund.
